Holiday Shopping
Okay, if anyone is looking to give a cheap gift, but one that goes a long way, what about a book? Hours of reading pleasure for only .99. This could be a gift for someone else or yourself (maybe YOU are getting that Kindle or Nook you've been wanting). Not your average werewolf and vampire books. 2 books currently available; 3rd coming out sooner than I previously announced (FEB.?).

Continuation of Majors and Minors Announcement
For me to be able to make a living at writing, at least while I'm self-publishing, this is how it has to happen. I can't believe that anyone would go into someone's small business and not buy anything because not everything is priced at a dollar. Yes, there are stores like Dollar General, or whatever, where everything is priced a dollar, and yet, other companies, such as Walmart and Target, obviously make more money. I have NO plans to ever increase prices again after this, even WHEN I make it (you know what 'make it' means). I would greatly appreciate everyone's support on this (even if you don't buy, no hate mail, please). This is NOT to make people angry. I will offer everyone GREAT stories at STILL AWESOME prices, a variety of prices. Still cheaper than buying at a bookstore. I can assure you, if I don't think the story is good, even the short ones, I WILL NOT make it available for purchase. Thank you for your support.
Major and Minors Announcement
I will soon be greatly expanding my writing which will have an effect on my pricing. I have come up with so many stories that not all will become novels. I had considered anthologies, which I may still do, but it's probably going to break down like this: I will work toward producing 1 short story every month or so, and offer it for .99 (my Minors); the novels will go up to 2.99, and I will offer the entire Werewolf Trilogy as a complete package for 3.99 (my Majors). The pricing for the novels will NOT increase until Werewolf: Requiem, which I increasingly believe is going to be available sooner than announced, has been out for a couple months.

Next Project
My mind is beginning to work on my next literary project. A completely new idea. Sometimes, it's hard for me to pick what's next; I have so many ideas. But, if I've actually started to map out another book before this Werewolf one is finished, then it must be next. Don't ask what it is--Top Secret. (I'll say this--this may be the one that grabs the female audience.)

Still fighting his own personal demons, he must become more than he ever thought possible when a seemingly dead foe rises from the grave. As Landon and LillyAnna rediscover each other, can the love they have finally found endure, or will it be destroyed by the greatest enemy anyone, werewolf and vampire, has ever faced. The Stakes Have Been Raised...War Has Begun...No One Is Safe. WEREWOLF: ASCENSION.

Literary Easter Egg
For any fans of my Werewolf book, horror writing, or fans in general, after the Werewolf trilogy is complete, I will put out 4 horror anthologies. Contained within one of them, will be a literary Easter Egg--a certain Werewolf character will have their own short story. Of course, you will have to purchase and read the anthologies to discover it. : )
WayHUGE Media
WayHUGE Media, the local Louisville media consultant company I met with tonight about putting Werewolf on other e-readers and coming up with a cover for Werewolf: Ascension, is a great company to work with. Very personable, friendly people. They are a growing company and have a lot of great ideas for promotion. Also, very reasonably priced. Willing to work with you for anything you need. Contact Dustin Martin. I'm very happy with WayHUGE Media.

Okay, I've decided that I'm going to take the 3 short stories I put on that website, plus a fourth I'm doing for contest, and add them to several others in order to publish an anthology of horror shorts in the near future.

Don't Give Up
I just discovered that the greatest cartoon of, at least, the last decade, Phineas and Ferb, had been passed over by networks for 16 years. That's YEARS. Not 16 times, but YEARS. That tells us two things: 1) all those networks were STUPID; 2) perseverance is the key to success. The creators could have giving up very early, thinking their idea was crap because they were being turned down, but they BELIEVED in it, even when no one else did. Sometimes you will be the only that believes, but that's okay, because YOUR belief is what will make the difference. DON'T GIVE UP.

Werewolf: Ascension release
Okay, it looks like Werewolf: Ascension will NOT be available by Halloween. However, there is an end-date for the editing. So, I'm gonna say November 15th; probably earlier, actually. I should have it up on all e-readers on, or before, that date. Don't be too upset, the best editor in the world is just being thorough.

Public reading of Werewolf
Next Saturday, on the 22nd, I will be doing a public reading of the first chapter from Werewolf at The Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library. The reading is scheduled for 2:00 and I have a Q&A immediately after. I will try to have some copies there to sign and sell. If you can make it, I'd love to see you there.
Reader review of Werewolf
"Four out of Five Stars" Werewolf is a wonderful creation that manages to successfully combine established werewolf attributes and also add a new twist to them all the while not sacrificing anything of what makes either aspect intriguing. The novel has exceedingly likeable and very genuine charterers, just the right amount of action, as well as, a very well thought out plot, keeping the audience turning the pages. The novel has something for everyone. I enjoyed the novel and anticipate the next book in the trilogy.
Reader review of Werewolf
"Four out of Five Stars" so i just finished reading your book today (yes, i know it's taken me a REALLY long time) and it was amazing! i am so eager to find out what happens next and cannot wait to read the second! it was a easy read and kept my attention, especially at the end and anymore for something to keep my attention for that long is the greatest compliment i could give....lol. i really feel like i got to know the characters and the details were incredibly descriptive; made me feel like i was right there. way to go Greg!
Reader review of Werewolf
"Four out of Five Stars" I just finished reading your book. It has been by far the best werewolf book I've ever read. Truly a masterpiece.
The moment I began reading took me to a whole new world. I was enthralled from every page I could not put the book down not even for a minute.
I was hoping that you would write another book. Because the ending left you wondering.
I just hope you will be working on another book

Horror story
Okay. FINALLY had a breakthrough with the horror story. I was thinking about working with one horror idea, but no matter what I came up with, I just wasn't feeling it. However, thanks to recent events, I finally cracked the nut. Came up with a completely different idea and now it's practically writing itself. That's how it SHOULD work for me. Should have it up on the horror website in 1-2 weeks. I'll let you know when it's there.

While Waiting...
While I'm waiting for the editing to finish on the second Werewolf book, I'm gonna try something a little different. I'll soon be submitting a short horror story to a website: Short n Scary Stories. I'm also working on a short story for a Boy Meets Girl anthology with the G10 Writers Group. So, if you're looking for something different from me, it's coming. : )

It's Been A While
Been so long since I've been on here. My first book, Werewolf, has been published and is available on Kindle, paperback at Amazon, and other numerous online stores. The second book, Werewolf: Ascension, is now in the hands of an editor and, I'm hoping, will be released on all e-readers by Halloween, with paperback to follow in the spring. I'm also working on a short story that will, hopefully, be published in an anthology with other writers titled Boy Meets Girl.
Werewolf has been read in numerous countries outside the U.S. including: Australia, New Zealand, England, Canada, Norway, Germany, and I'm about to add Poland to that list.
I will try to find and add as many reviews and interviews as I can.

Update on First Book and Sequel
Okay, it's been a month since I put something on here. The reason being: I've been so wrapped up in the second book. I've finished 1/3 of it. Today, I received the edited manuscript from Createspace. It is absolutely the best help. They really know what they're doing, and I can tell that the editor really paid attention to the story. SO, I'll spend maybe 2 weeks fixing that, then heading back into the sequel. Still on track to publish the first book in the first week of April.
Saturday, January 29, 2011
So far...
I'm making really good time with the second book. Figuring I may finish Werewolf: Ascension around the first week of May (1st draft, of course). That's about a month after Werewolf comes out.

Still here, still writing
Been a while since I've posted something. The publishing process for Werewolf is moving quickly and I'm into the second chapter of Werewolf: Ascension, and picking up speed. I'm loving the ideas that are coming for it. Though it's already mapped out, primarily, little things come that weren't preplanned. I LOVE writing.
